Highly Empathetic

Sarah is a hugely capable HR Director who innately understands the nuances involved in dealing with and working with humans, and how this interlaces with the complexities of the corporate world. She is highly empathetic, is driven to excellence and most importantly (I think), has fun whilst she does it; she brings vibrance and energy to what can sometimes be challenging situations.
Sarah supported me with helped with strategic workforce planning and allowed me to uplift my recruitment strategy by introducing better diversity measures, particularly allowances for the often-overlooked neurodivergent community.

responsive and thoughtful

“”Sarah is professional, considered, responsive and thoughtful. I now consider her to be an independent extension of my SLT.

I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to any company from strategy through to day-day advice and education

Congratulations on building a company with such fantastic customer service, values and standards”.

we just clicked

I searched everywhere for help, I tried a couple of counselling sessions but that wasn’t what I needed. I needed talking but with some more practical elements. During the initial consultation I knew straight away Sarah was what I needed. I felt like we just clicked. She affirmed how I was feeling but didn’t pity me. I needed some sympathy but structure and vision to know I could move forward.
